According to reports, enterprises can carry out export goods rail multimodal transport business according to their own needs, and the relevant business model pilot needs to meet three requirements: that is, the cargo should be containerized goods, the domestic transport mode is limited to rail transport or rail transport plus road transport, and the outbound transport mode should be road transport.

As for other types of import and export combined transport modes, such as rail and sea combined transport, river and sea combined transport, land and air combined transport, the Customs will gradually improve and expand on the basis of the stable trial operation of rail and public combined transport.
