"The world must work together to sustain the global multilateral trading system." John Denton, Secretary-General of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), pointed out at the second Chain Expo.

"It is true that we hear people say 'globalisation is over', others talk of 'decoupling and breaking chains', and others talk of' small houses and walls', but we have visited more than 170 countries and the result is that companies are willing to trade across borders because that is how they promote economic development."

The second Chain Expo closed in Beijing on November 30. During the Expo, supporting economic globalization and saying no to trade protectionism was the common aspiration of many participants.
